          "text": "<p>REQUIREMENTS:</p><ul><li>Four year degree in accounting strongly preferred.</li><li>3 years of experience&nbsp;in Public Accounting or 4 years in Corporate Accounting</li><li>Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple responsibilities.</li><li>Strong entity accounting knowledge (general ledger, balance sheet, income statement components).</li><li>Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.&nbsp; The ability to articulate financial results to all levels of management in a professional manner is&nbsp;required.</li><li>Strong Microsoft Excel skills as well as the ability to&nbsp;obtain new software knowledge as required for the position.</li><li>Results oriented, accountable, motivated and flexible.</li><li>Willingness to challenge the status quo.</li><li>Basic understanding of Mutual Funds (preferred).</li><li>Strong Excel skills required (V-lookups, Pivot Tables,&nbsp;Etc.)</li><li>Ability to work in a fast paced, deadline driven, multi&nbsp;tasking environment.</li><li>Previous working knowledge with an ERP system.</li></ul>",
