          "text": "<p><strong>Education/Experience</strong></p><p>Minimum two (2) years of sewing machine repair and maintenance experience required.</p><p><strong>Knowledge/Skills/Abilities</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Technical Skills.</strong> Ability to read and comprehend repair manuals and work standards. Working knowledge of industrial sewing equipment, maintenance processes, and troubleshooting techniques. Proficiency with hand tools and repair equipment.</li><li><strong>Communication &amp; Interpersonal Skills.</strong> Ability to communicate clearly and professionally both verbally and in writing. Strong listening skills and ability to work collaboratively with diverse team members at all organizational levels. Genuine integrity and sound judgment.</li><li><strong>Business Skills.</strong> Strong attention to detail and critical thinking. Ability to prioritize urgent maintenance needs and maintain accurate service records. Proficient with Microsoft Office applications.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical/Sensory Requirements</strong></p><p>Ability to sit, stand, bend, reach, and walk for extended periods. Capable of lifting and carrying up to 25 pounds frequently and 75 pounds occasionally. Must communicate effectively in English. Required vision abilities include close and distance vision, color vision, and depth perception.</p><p><strong>Working Environment</strong></p><p>Work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to loud noise, moving mechanical parts, and airborne particles. PPE required.</p>",
