    "description": "<p>Are you an experienced leader with a strong foundation in IT infrastructure and cybersecurity?<br>Are you looking to join a fast-growing organization where innovation and resilience are key?<br>Do you want to play a pivotal role in driving our technology roadmap and safeguarding our digital assets?</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">                                                       If yes, come to join our Digital Department!</span></p>\n<p>                                           As <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">IT Infrastructure &amp; Cybersecurity Director</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>You will be responsible for the design, installation, configuration, security, operational and security maintenance of all IT infrastructures within the Spineart Group.<br>Their scope will cover the following functions:<br>· Systems Infrastructure<br>· Network Infrastructure<br>· Workstations<br>· IT Support.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your main responsibilities will be:</span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Define the infrastructure master plan and the system/network architecture as well as the security policy (Networks, Wi-Fi, Internet, etc.).</li>\n<li>Deploy monitoring, supervision, and maintenance tools</li>\n<li>Monitor systems and networks on a daily basis (availability, workload, etc.)<br>Implement and maintain Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans (DRP/BCP)</li>\n<li>Ensure the maintenance policy and structure of technical support (incident reporting, ticketing, escalation rules, and support)</li>\n<li>Develop IT policies and procedures in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements (GDPR, NLPD, HIPAA, etc.)</li>\n<li>Define and update the project roadmap and manage operating budgets</li>\n<li>Work in collaboration with business teams to implement the most efficient solutions for the Group</li>\n<li>Identify, propose, and deliver high value-added projects for the Group.</li>\n<li>Lead and support a team of 4 people</li>\n<li>Conduct technology watch on infrastructure and security to anticipate necessary changes</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Your profile:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven skills in project management and budget oversight</li>\n<li>Experience in multi-site operations within an international context is a plus</li>\n<li>Full proficiency in French and English</li>\n<li>Technical skills: Microsoft 365 ecosystem, Azure Cloud, Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra, PowerShell, Virtualization, File Server, DNS, PKI, Backups, Monitoring, Computer Management, Server Management, Update Management, Fortinet stack</li>\n<li>Personal skills:<br>– Strong interest in roles combining operational and strategic responsibilities<br>– Solid analytical skills, ability to solve problems and make proactive recommendations<br>– Ability to anticipate, work under pressure, and meet deadlines</li>\n<li>University degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><br></p>",
