    "description": "<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Property Manager – Multi-Site Care Portfolio</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Salary:</span> £32,000 – £38,000 per annum (DOE)<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Location:</span> Brighton (Head Office) with occasional travel across Hampshire &amp; West Sussex<br><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Job Type:</span> Full-time, Permanent</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Property Manager – Multi-Site Care Homes Portfolio</span></p>\n<p>We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to take ownership of a multi-site care home portfolio across the South Coast and Hampshire.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This is a key Property Manager role, ideal for someone with strong multi-site or portfolio experience who can confidently manage compliance, maintenance, and asset performance across multiple locations.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>As a Property Manager, you will ensure our care homes are safe, compliant, well maintained, and continuously improving for residents, staff, and visitors.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>This role covers Hampshire and West Sussex, and requires occasional travel between sites. The successful Property Manager will be confident working independently, prioritising workload effectively, and managing multiple stakeholders.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>At SDR, we live by <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Kindness, Dignity &amp; Respect, Calmness, Creativity, and Responsibility</span>, and we are looking for a Property Manager who reflects these values in how they manage and maintain our estate.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage a multi-site care home property portfolio</li>\n<li>Deliver planned preventative maintenance (PPM) programmes</li>\n<li>Oversee refurbishment and property improvement projects</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with health &amp; safety and statutory regulations</li>\n<li>Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments</li>\n<li>Manage contractors, suppliers, and service contracts</li>\n<li>Control and monitor property-related budgets and spend</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate compliance and maintenance records</li>\n<li>Support property onboarding and estate development projects</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Who We’re Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience as a Property Manager or in multi-site property management</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of building maintenance, compliance, and health &amp; safety</li>\n<li>Experience managing contractors and external suppliers</li>\n<li>Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently across multiple sites</li>\n<li>Strong communication and stakeholder management skills</li>\n<li>Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Desirable qualifications (not essential):</span><br>CIOB, RICS, IWFM, NEBOSH, ARLA, TPI or equivalent</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>25 days annual leave</li>\n<li>Mileage reimbursement for travel</li>\n<li>Company pension scheme</li>\n<li>Group Life Assurance (4x salary)</li>\n<li>Ongoing training and professional development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Our Commitment to Inclusion</span></p>\n<p>We welcome applications from all backgrounds and experiences.
