TAK Broadband is a leading end-to-end U.S. fiber broadband network construction contractor operating in 42 states. We are seeking an EHSQ Coordinator to join our team in the Phoenix, AZ area. This role supports operations across multiple sites throughout Phoenix, Cottonwood, and Prescott, with approximately 50% travel annually. The EHSQ Coordinator will play a key role in promoting a strong safety culture by ensuring compliance, conducting site inspections, and leading weekly and monthly safety meetings. This position offers a unique opportunity to integrate Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) with Quality Assurance (QA) to drive consistency, improve operational efficiency, reduce risk, and support sustainability initiatives. In addition to traditional safety responsibilities, this role partners closely with quality control and production teams to ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and right the first time. The ideal candidate will provide clear guidance, set expectations, and serve as a trusted resource in aligning safety and quality standards across all projects. Why TAK?
