    "requisitionDescription": "<div><link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_editor.pkgd.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\">&nbsp;<link href=\"https://cdn.jsdelivr.net/npm/[email protected]/css/froala_style.min.css\" rel=\"stylesheet\" type=\"text/css\"><div class=\"fr-view\"><p>Position Summary:</p><p>Keeps assigned area clean by following procedures necessary to maintain a sanitary and aseptic environment for the residents and staff.</p><p>Essential Functions:</p><p>1. &nbsp;Carefully follow the cleaning schedule for each area assigned and complete assignments in a timely manner.&nbsp;</p><p>2.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Follow all cleaning procedures as directed and trained.&nbsp;</p><p>3.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Maintain neat and clean work cart and other equipment.&nbsp;</p><p>4.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Mixes chemicals safely and properly, and understands Manufacturer&#39;s Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).&nbsp;</p><p>5.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Sanitizes beds upon discharge, or as required, including wheels, side rails and mattresses.&nbsp;</p><p>6.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Dusts horizontal surfaces of vacated areas.&nbsp;</p><p>7.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Empties waste receptacles.&nbsp;</p><p>8.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Cleans furniture, telephone, etc.&nbsp;</p><p>9.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Cleans restrooms according to procedures.&nbsp;</p><p>10. &nbsp;Cleans walls, window sills and windows as needed or as scheduled.&nbsp;</p><p>11.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Dry mops and wet mops tile floor areas as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p>12. &nbsp;<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">V</span>acuums carpeted areas.&nbsp;</p><p>13. &nbsp;Assists in clean up of emergency spills observed or upon request.&nbsp;</p><p>14.<span style=\"white-space:pre;\">&nbsp;&nbsp;</span>Assist residents with feeding of meals if necessary, if trained.</p><p>15. &nbsp;Cross-trained and assists in other areas of the department as assigned.&nbsp;</p><p>16.&nbsp; Record refrigerator temps in resident rooms and clean.</p><p>17. &nbsp;Remove privacy curtains and have laundry clean.</p><p>18. &nbsp;Wash wheelchairs.</p><p>19. &nbsp;Other duties as assigned by supervisor.</p><p>Responsibilities:</p><p>1. &nbsp;Performs all duties in a professional manner. &nbsp;</p><p>2. &nbsp;Regular communication with team leader and environmental services director.</p><p>3. &nbsp;Performs work in an efficient, accurate and timely manner.</p><p>4. &nbsp;As an effective member of the facility staff team, fosters cooperation and teamwork.</p><p>5. &nbsp;Abides by all facility rules and regulations.</p><p>6. &nbsp;Is respectful of the rights of all residents and provide services which will keep residents free from mistreatment. &nbsp;</p><p>7. &nbsp;Notifies supervisor of questionable resident care or mistreatment.</p><p>8. &nbsp;Keeps resident, facility, professional and personal matters confidential (includes own salary).&nbsp;</p><p>9.&nbsp; Is able to work outside of normal working hours as necessary.</p><p>10. &nbsp;Maintains a neat appearance and pleasant personality and demeanor.</p><p>11.&nbsp; Develop and maintain positive working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and management.</p><p><br></p></div></div>\n",
