    "description": "<h2>Description</h2>\n<p><em>Do you have a passion for helping individuals with autism become productive, socially connected, and personally fulfilled members of their local communities?</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Do you have at least six (6) months' experience working with inidividuals living with autism?</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Are you looking for opportunities to work with participants residing in Montgomery County, Chester County and/or Delaware counties?</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>If You answered \"YES\" to ANY of those questions, then consider joining our Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health team as a Community Support Specialist!</strong></p>\n<p><strong><em>This is an Independent Contractor (1099) position.</em></strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Devereux's Community Adult Autism Partnership Program (CAAPP) provides personal growth opportunities for adults, ages 21 and over, with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities, autism spectrum disorder, emotional and/or behavioral differences, and brain injuries.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The goal of CAAPP is to provide instruction and support across work, community and home environments that will facilitate participants in becoming a more independent, productive, socially connected member of his or her local community. This unique model focuses on partnering with community supports to maximize each consumer’s potential.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>CAAPP is seeking Community Support Professionals (CSPs) who have at least six (6) months of experience working with adults/children with autism. Our CSPs serve participants residing in Montgomery County, Chester County and Delaware counties.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Hourly Rate</strong>: $18.00 - $20.00</p>\n<p><strong>Bonuses: $250/quarter; Max $1000/year </strong>(minimum of <strong>10/hrs </strong>billed per week)</p>\n<p><strong>Salary:</strong> $18.00 - $20.00 per hour</p>\n<p><strong>Schedule: </strong>Flexible, 4-hour shift. Minimum 10 hrs- Maximum 40 hours billable</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>As a CSP for CAAPP you will:</strong></p>\n<p>· Provide community-based support and skill development to young adults diagnosed with autism who are transitioning out of educational programs</p>\n<p>· Provide support to participants in the areas of communication, social skills, self-care, work readiness, vocational training, and community based supportive employment</p>\n<p>· Use evidence-based instructional strategies to help participants achieve goals across home, community and work settings</p>\n<p>· Complete progress notes and data collection for each participant.</p>\n<p>· Work with the Integration Specialist and Behavior Support Specialist, if applicable, to identify areas of strength and need.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Note: This role is a 1099 independent contractor position which offers flexible hours/scheduling based on your availability.
