This role is critical to the successful execution of our projects and serves as the primary onsite representative for Custom Concrete with general contractors and project partners.</p><p>The Site Superintendent is responsible for day-to-day field operations, ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the high standards of quality that define Custom Concrete.</p><hr><h3>What You Will Do</h3><ul><li>Plan, schedule, coordinate, and manage labor, equipment, and materials for assigned projects</li><li>Lead and oversee <strong>structural concrete construction</strong>, including foundations, walls, slabs, and site concrete</li><li>Ensure all work complies with project plans, specifications, and industry standards</li><li>Monitor production schedules and proactively address issues to meet deadlines</li><li>Serve as the primary point of contact with general contractors and maintain clear, professional communication</li><li>Conduct daily inspections of work in progress and completed work to ensure quality craftsmanship</li><li>Order materials, equipment, and tooling as needed to maintain workflow</li><li>Actively lead, guide, and direct field crews through hands-on involvement and visible leadership</li><li>Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site in compliance with company and OSHA safety standards</li><li>Ensure proper safety practices, incident reporting, and hazard mitigation; report concerns to the Safety Director</li><li>Perform supervisory and field duties in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, snow, and muddy environments</li></ul><hr><h3>What We&rsquo;re Looking For</h3><ul><li><strong>3+ years of experience as a Site Superintendent or field leader with a strong emphasis on structural concrete work</strong></li><li>Proven experience with foundations, walls, slabs, and site concrete in commercial construction</li><li>Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and schedules</li><li>Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage crews and coordinate with project partners</li><li>A hands-on, solutions-oriented mindset with a strong work ethic</li><li>Commitment to quality, safety, and professionalism</li></ul><hr><h3>Position Details</h3><ul><li>Full-time, field-based position</li></ul><hr><p><strong>Custom Concrete Co., Inc.</strong> is an equal opportunity employer.
