They are also responsible for the organization, maintenance and cleanliness of the stock room. The Stock Manager represents the brand, operates in a professional manner, maintains store standards, and supports teamwork.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>WORK ENVIRONMENT</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Requires ability to lift large and heavy packages and boxes rapidly and constantly and to perform a continuous process of loading and unloading large boxes throughout a scheduled shift </li>\n <li>Able to reach overhead, bend, kneel, and carry product, necessary for customer service, inventory re-stock, processing shipment and store merchandising</li>\n <li>The ability to be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time </li>\n <li>Must have ability to safely lift 50 lbs. without restrictions </li>\n <li>Able to regularly perform store maintenance items: sweep, vacuum, empty trash, clean </li>\n <li>Ability to use and climb ladders and/or step stools</li>\n <li>Requires ability to perform repetitive motions (i.e. hanging, folding, ringing up customers, etc.) </li>\n <li>The ability to use caution when dealing with difficult customers, houseless and/or transients and avoid confrontations</li>\n <li>Noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud</li>\n <li>Adult content environment</li>\n <li>Must be at least 18 years old</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p>All job requirements in the job description provided indicate the minimum level of knowledge, skills,</p>\n<p>and/or abilities deemed necessary to perform the job competently. Delegates tasks on the sales floor as necessary to complete projects accurately and on time</li>\n <li>Sensors, tags, and hangs merchandise as needed</li>\n <li>Manages the merchandise presentation preparation merchandise in partnership with the Store Manager to ensure on time and efficient merchandise presentation implementation</li>\n <li>Replenishes merchandise from the stock room to the selling floor daily</li>\n <li>Ensures stock room is organized, clean and merchandise is always floor ready</li>\n <li>Is accountable for the store exceeding the Company Shrink Goal by minimizing unit loss</li>\n <li>Manages store preparation for physical inventories based on preparation directives and planning packets</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Ensures compliance to standards, Hustler Values, How We HUSTLE and Mission</li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Key holder and responsible for opening/closing store for stocking/inventory</li>\n <li>May supervisor one or more Stock Leads</li>\n <li>Flexibility to work on the sales floor as needed based on the company needs and staffing</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>At least 1 year of experience in a retail setting preferred </li>\n <li>Excellent verbal and written communication skills</li>\n <li>Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and Holidays</li>\n <li>Ability to utilize retail POS System & Inventory Scanner </li>\n <li>Ability to carry out detailed tasks and projects with minimal direction or supervision</li>\n</ul>",
