With design, production and test facilities in both the United States and Japan, sales offices in Las Vegas, Houston, London and Tokyo, Nikkiso Cryo offers prompt and full support for all of our customers worldwide.</p>\n<h2>Job Overview</h2>\n<p>We are looking for a responsible Shipping/Receiving Clerk to receive, inspect and record shipments with raw material or products. You will be responsible for unloading packages and checking their contents to ensure they match the orders.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The clerk must have a great eye for detail and basic math skills. They must also have adequate physical strength to unload shipping’s as well as the clerical skills to update records and follow up with suppliers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The goal is to ensure we receive the correct packages and stock them appropriately.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Collaborate with procurement staff to list expected deliveries</li>\n <li>Receive shipments and sign paperwork upon receipt</li>\n <li>Unload packages from incoming trucks</li>\n <li>Inspect contents to ensure they are undamaged</li>\n <li>Verify packages according to order and invoices (quantity, quality, price etc.)</li>\n <li>Contact Purchasing/Quality if a mistake is identified</li>\n <li>Label deliveries and allocate them to their designated place</li>\n <li>Maintain accurate records and assist in inventory control</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Proven experience as receiving clerk or similar position</li>\n <li>Experience in operating forklifts</li>\n <li>Working knowledge of computer programs for entering data</li>\n <li>Solid understanding of health and safety regulations</li>\n <li>Basic math and recording abilities</li>\n <li>Excellent organizational skills</li>\n <li>Great communication and interpersonal abilities</li>\n <li>Keen eye for detail</li>\n <li>Good physical condition</li>\n <li>High school diploma</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Work Environment</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This job operates in a warehouse environment. This role routinely utilizes the operation of material handling equipment and various tools and machinery. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Physical Demands</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and ability to adjust focus.
