      "text": "What You Will Do:",
      "content": "\n<li>Make bed checks and documents at the scheduled time as required.</li>\n<li>Assumes supervision responsibilities in the absence of faculty.</li>\n<li>Contact designated faculty as directed and notify them of problems and/or incidents.</li>\n<li>Completes required forms for faculty intention meetings.</li>\n<li>Serve as advisor and positive role model for assigned students.</li>\n<li>Prevents, intervenes, and reports student altercations and incidents.</li>\n<li>Administers First Aid and CPR during emergencies in accordance with the American Red Cross.</li>\n<li>Conducts and practices emergency evacuation procedures.</li>\n<li>Assists in maintaining facility grounds and keeping equipment in proper working condition.</li>\n<li>Responsible for Critical Incidents and Incident reporting when occurs during scheduled shift.</li>\n<li>Up-loading clinical supportive documentation (i.e.: motivation logs, intensions forms).</li>\n<li>Performs other related duties as assigned</li>\n"

      "content": "\n<li>High school diploma or equivalent GED.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work various overnight shifts including weekdays, weekends, and holidays.</li>\n<li>Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>\n<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software.</li>\n<li>Ability to operate general office equipment</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain confidential information.</li>\n<li>Minimal knowledge of contemporary substance abuse treatment practices in a residential setting.</li>\n<li>Ability to communicate clearly and effectively.</li>\n<li>Ability to maintain sensitivity and objectivity under pressure generated through association with substance abuse students.</li>\n<li>RADT certifiaction a plus!</li>\n"
