    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Timpte is looking for a <strong>Kanban/Materials Coordinator</strong> for our BRAND NEW facility in <strong>Lincoln, NE</strong>!</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The Kanban/Materials Coordinator is responsible for the daily management of material replenishment, presentation, and flow to ensure efficiency and accurate inventory records. This includes, but not limited to; visual management, rack utilization, static bin locations, and signage for point of use storage, raw in process locations, and parts warehouse.</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate and process the disposition of materials impacted by engineering changes, including scrap, rework, and running change.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Complete cycle counts on items specifically requested by material planners and operations team members.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct daily cycle counts, post adjustments to inventory, and assist with physical inventory count.</li></ul></div><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform pull sequence audits to ensure inventory accuracy and accountability to the Kanban process.</li></ul><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Investigate and conduct root cause analysis for inventory variances and work to correct in a timely manner.</li></ul></div><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><br></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">What We&rsquo;re Looking For:</p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Minimum two years of manufacturing inventory/warehouse experience required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Required to read and interpret blueprints and specifications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Knowledge to operate machines, hand tools, tape measures, cranes and other equipment.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be proficient in understanding Kanban and continuous improvement principles.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must have working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs including Outlook, Excel, and Word.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be willing to obtain forklift certification.</li></ul></div></div>\n",
