The Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) certification is highly preferred and a significant differentiator.</li>\n <li>Demonstrated mastery of <strong>Sales Cloud</strong>, advanced <strong>Apex</strong> (including governor limits and asynchronous processing), complex <strong>Flows</strong>, and the Salesforce security and sharing model. Deep, hands-on expertise in designing and implementing integrations with external platforms like <strong>Conga CLM</strong> and <strong>DocuSign</strong> is required.</li>\n <li><strong>Advanced English communication skills are mandatory</strong>, with proven ability to lead technical workshops, articulate complex architectural concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and defend design decisions.</li>\n <li>Proficiency with modern development tools (VS Code, SFDX, CLI, Git) and experience with CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce is essential.
