This role focuses on implementing Lean principles, waste reduction strategies, and process optimization to enhance project delivery, reduce costs, and improve overall performance. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead training initiatives, and ensure alignment with Lean methodologies throughout the construction lifecycle. The Lean Construction Manager reports directly to the Executive Vice President - Project Support.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\"> </span></p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Responsibilities:</span></strong><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Create strategic plans to eliminate waste within the Company by utilizing Lean processes, metrics, cost savings, best demonstrated practices and the Last planner System®. Works across multiple departments and divisions to support utilization of and training in these techniques and programs.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Serve as a company Subject Matter Expert (SME) on various Lean/Process Improvement activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Lead the Company to adopt Lean principles in all projects and in all Company actions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Create and provide Lean programs and training.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Empower employees to become Lean in their day-to-day activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Assist with the planning and execution of projects across the Company.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Train and develop project teams in the adoption and execution of the Last Planner System®.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Conduct regular Lean assessments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Compile defined metrics and submit quarterly reports to the Executive Team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Create Project Spotlights, Lean Discussions, and training materials.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Develop and implement Lean construction principles to improve workflows, reduce waste, and optimize efficiency.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Bring technological solutions to our field staff to improve ability to measure and manage work.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Drive positive change, growth, and ROI through Lean.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Work closely with Project Managers, Site Supervisors, and subcontractors to implement project specific Lean strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Manage all Lean programs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Minimum Qualifications:</span></strong><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Have at least ten (10) years of experience in commercial construction.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Have at least five (5) years of experience leading or managing Lean programs or activities. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Experience with Last Planner System® methodology.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to inspire and guide teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Must possess strong documentation, organizational and time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif; font-size: 11.5pt\">Must possess strong attention to detail and accuracy. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #222222; font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;
