Paid time off is earned according to the local policy and increases with the length of employment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Click HERE to discover how we empower team members to grow, thrive, and advance in their careers.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>WE LOVE OUR WORK.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>The following and other duties may be assigned as necessary:</li>\n <li>Provides superior customer service, positively effects interactions with customers and employees, and has the resiliency to deal with difficult customers in all types of business conditions and the ability to work harmoniously with coworkers. </li>\n <li>Welcomes guests and introduces them to the Players Club program. </li>\n <li>Assists with marketing calendar planning, PRF submissions, direct mail and collateral routing and approval process, and other direct mail duties as assigned. </li>\n <li>Coordinates all in-house signage and collateral advertising. </li>\n <li>Works with vendors on printing of collateral and signage. </li>\n <li>Enters player tracking information into AS/400 system. </li>\n <li>Assists with the development of community relations and governmental programs and strategies; attends various off-site functions as a representative of BTNO. (meetings, mixers, receptions, events, etc.) as authorized by supervisor. </li>\n <li>Coordinates entertainers’ press releases, photo sessions, and hotel arrangements; prepares and distributes entertainment schedule. </li>\n <li>Attends meetings/events to network and increase BTNO visibility.</li>\n <li>Coordinates the property promotions program process in support of property revenue.</li>\n <li>Builds promotions in gaming system</li>\n <li>Executes promotional, special & VIP Events</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>BRING US YOUR BEST.</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Associates degree (A.A.) in marketing, finance or related area; or equivalent combination of education and experience. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>One (1) year of related experience required, preferably in Marketing. </li>\n <li>Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.  </li>\n <li>Technical proficiency and knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel & Outlook). </li>\n <li>Possess excellent oral and written communication skills; strong client interface and presentation skills preferred. </li>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to drive toward results. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>STAY IN THE GAME.
