You will serve as the link between manufacturing, supply chain, and engineering to keep operations running smoothly.</p><p><br></p><p><u><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></u></p><ul><li>Developing and maintaining detailed production schedules based on customer orders, forecasts, and manufacturing capacity.</li><li>Coordinating with procurement to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components.</li><li>Monitoring work-in-progress (WIP) and adjusting schedules to address delays, bottlenecks, or changes in demand.</li><li>Collaborating with engineering, quality, and operations teams to resolve manufacturing issues and support product launches.</li><li>Reviewing and analyzing production data to identify trends, capacity constraints, and improvement opportunities.</li><li>Preparing and distributing daily/weekly production status reports.</li><li>Ensuring all planning activities align with company quality standards, safety procedures, and EROCK Core Values.</li></ul>",
