      "value": "<span style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;\"><span style=\"font-size:inherit;\"><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></span><br><br><strong>Infrastructure & Platform Operations</strong><br>* Operate and support hybrid infrastructure based on Debian Linux and Windows VMs.<br>* Maintain compute, storage, and networking across cloud and on-premise environments.<br>* Help define and uphold platform standards across subsidiaries.<br><br><strong>Infrastructure-as-Code & Automation</strong><br>* Design and manage infrastructure using Ansible and Terraform.<br>* Automate provisioning, configuration, and lifecycle of infrastructure services.<br>* Ensure reproducibility and standardization through modern IaC practices.<br><br><strong>CI/CD, GitOps & Platform Unification</strong><br>* Build, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, GitLab and GitHub, contributing to future consolidation efforts.<br>* Develop and maintain Helm charts for Kubernetes-based services.<br>* Use ArgoCD to manage declarative, GitOps-driven deployment pipelines across environments.<br>* Support container-based deployment workflows using Docker and Kubernetes.<br><br><strong>Networking & Security</strong><br>* Provide hands-on expertise in networking: routing, firewalls, VPNs, DNS, load balancers, and service mesh technologies.<br>* Collaborate with security teams to embed security controls, manage secrets, and maintain compliant environments.<br>* Monitor and improve network connectivity, access controls, and traffic policies.<br><br><strong>Cross-Functional Collaboration</strong><br>* Work with development teams to ensure seamless application deployment and operations.<br>* Support engineers during development, testing, and incident resolution processes.<br>* Actively participate in platform and architecture discussions, sharing best practices and feedback.<br></span><span style=\"color:rgb(0,0,0);font-style:normal;font-weight:400;text-transform:none;\"><br><span style=\"font-size:inherit;\"><strong>Required Skills and Experience</strong></span><br>* Experience administering Debian Linux and Windows Server environments.<br>* Basic understanding of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, DNS, routing, load balancing).<br>* Working knowledge of:<br>  * Docker, Kubernetes<br>  * Helm chart authoring and lifecycle management<br>  * ArgoCD for GitOps deployment workflows<br>* Experience with Ansible.<br>* Experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines / GitLab CI/CD / GitHub actions.<br>* This role cannot be performed fully remote. We expect the candidate to be present at our office for part of the workweek. The exact balance between remote and in-office work can be discussed, but regular on-site collaboration is essential<br>* A valid work and residence permit within the European Union (EU) is required for this position. We are not able to support visa sponsorship or relocation outside of the EU<br><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><br>* Experience in finding and resolving issues in complex systems.</span>"
