Emergency Department staff are certified to care for critical patients including trauma and children. The Registered Nurse (RN) provides safe, age-appropriate, direct and indirect patient care utilizing the nursing process within the Oregon State Board of Nursing&rsquo;s scope of practice. It will consist of 12-hour shifts (Day and Night Shifts Available)</p>\r\n\r\n<hr />\r\n<p>&nbsp;</p>\r\n\r\n<p><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES</strong></p>\r\n\r\n<ul>\r\n\t<li>Ability to communicate clearly and concisely with diverse population from pediatrics to geriatrics. General understanding of age-related differences in caring for all patients and possess personal sensitivity to the needs and experiences of others with a non-judgmental attitude.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to prioritize and coordinate multiple tasks and appropriately adapt to diverse and high-risk situations to offer the best possible care to patients.</li>\r\n\t<li>Ability to manage time in an organized fashion, planning and prioritizing work in a fast-paced environment under pressure.</li>\r\n</ul>\r\n",
