    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Tier One Technologies is seeking an Oracle Developer for our direct US Government client. </li>\n <li>This will be a 100% remote contract-to-hire position.</li>\n <li>SELECTED CANDIDATES WITHOUT REQUIRED CLEARANCE WILL BE SUBJECT TO A FEDERAL GOVERNMENT BACKGROUND INVESTIGATION TO RECEIVE IT.</li>\n <li>Must be a US Citizen. </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Plan, direct, and coordinate all activities associated with creating software across multiple functional areas and products. </li>\n <li>Prioritize and allocate projects, products, and resources with the assistance of architects and managers. </li>\n <li>Participate in strategic decisions about technology, definition, and implementation of software products. </li>\n <li>Use expertise to design, develop, code, test, and debug software.</li>\n <li>May work in one or several areas, such as equipment or software design, engineering evaluation or test, configuration management procedures, statistical analysis and modeling.</li>\n <li>Work with users to define existing or new system scope and objectives.</li>\n <li>Provide analytical support and technical advice during the conceptualization, development, and implementation phases.</li>\n <li>Plan and schedule new applications systems projects with user, systems software, and computer center operations personnel, including the identification of objectives, time frames, costs, and manpower requirements.</li>\n <li>Perform tasks necessary to ensure the identification and documentation of hazards within software systems using various analysis tools and techniques.</li>\n <li>Review and evaluate systems and software for adherence to government or commercial directives, standards, guidelines, and criteria concerning software safety and systems safety.</li>\n <li>Identify problems uncovered by testing or customer feedback and correct problems.</li>\n <li>Evaluate code to ensure it is valid, meets industry standards and is compatible with devices or operating systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent training required.</li>\n <li>5+ years of Oracle related experience.</li>\n <li>Oracle APEX experience is a plus.</li>\n <li>Strong knowledge of Oracle DBMS 12c or higher.</li>\n <li>Advanced knowledge of PL/SQL.</li>\n <li>Experience with Oracle Reports.</li>\n <li>Familiarity with JavaScript and HTML.</li>\n <li>Development experience in Agile methodology.</li>\n <li>Excellent communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to obtain a Position of Public Trust Clearance.</li>\n <li>Must be a US Citizen (no dual citizenship).</li>\n <li>Must not have traveled outside the US for a combined total of 6 months or more in the last 5 years.</li>\n <li>Must have resided in the US for the last 5 years.</li>\n</ul>",
