Even if you feel like you don’t meet all criteria, please give it a shot, and still apply.  </span></em></p>\n<p><em><br></em><br></p>\n<p><em><span><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Vacancy type:</span> This posting is for an existing vacancy.</span></span></em></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>About the Position:</span></span></p>\n<p><span>Reporting to the Team Leader, The Painter will be responsible for but not limited to:           </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Read and follow finish code front sheet for paint requirements. </span></li>\n<li><span>Effectively block out material as per drawings. </span></li>\n<li><span>Review product data sheet for paint mixing/spraying to create the paint required on the finish code front sheet based on project requirements.  </span></li>\n<li><span>Paint pieces according to specifications taking into account required mills using preferred techniques and appropriate equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Perform accurate DFT readings. </span></li>\n<li><span>Track paint usage on daily logs.</span></li>\n<li><span>Accurately completes paperwork with required paint codes, products, ambient readings etc.</span></li>\n<li><span>Cleans out all equipment accordingly.  Flushes out paint pumps and runs thinners to take out paint. </span></li>\n<li><span>Crane, Rigging and Flipping: Rig, hoist and move material safely from paint booth. </span></li>\n<li><span>Operate overhead cranes to effectively move material.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Work Location:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Princeton Facility. Shift is from 12:00PM to 8:30PM</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span> </span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Position Requirements:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>1+ years painting experience which includes working with air assist painting equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Airless spray experience is a strong asset.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of industrial paint products and industrial paint spray equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to read and interpret blueprints.</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to operate overhead cranes.</span></li>\n<li><span>Knowledge of Health and Safety procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span>A team player, who can interrelate and operate efficiently with peers and other associates within a collegial, yet demanding, work environment.</span></li>\n<li><span>Organization Skills and the ability to be flexible in managing changing priorities.</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong time management skills.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span>Compensation Package:</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Wage: $24.00-$33.00/Hour</span></li>\n<li><span>Vacation.</span></li>\n<li><span>Paid sick and Bereavement leaves.</span></li>\n<li><span>Flexible extended health and dental care packages.</span></li>\n<li><span>Employee Assistance Program.</span></li>\n<li><span>RRSP Matching.</span></li>\n<li><span>Profit Sharing.</span></li>\n<li><span>Employee Family Scholarship Program.</span></li>\n<li><span>Tuition support (Apprentice, Continued Education)</span></li>\n<li><span>Values in Action (ViA)- participating in charity events coordinated by employees.
