We specialize in building scalable, secure, and performance-driven systems that empower businesses to modernize operations and achieve measurable outcomes.</p>\n<p>We are expanding our Enterprise Applications team and seeking a highly skilled <span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Microsoft Dynamics Developer</span> to support ongoing ERP/CRM transformation initiatives.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Position Overview</span></p>\n<p>The Microsoft Dynamics Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, customizing, and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions (Finance, Supply Chain, CRM, or CE modules depending on assignment). The role requires strong technical expertise in the Dynamics ecosystem, integrations, and business process automation to support enterprise-scale deployments.</p>\n<p>The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in customizing Dynamics solutions, integrating with third-party systems, and optimizing business workflows across departments such as Finance, Operations, Sales, and HR.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Development &amp; Customization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and develop custom modules, plugins, workflows, and extensions in Microsoft Dynamics 365.</li>\n<li>Customize and configure Dynamics CE/CRM or Finance &amp; Operations modules based on business requirements.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain Power Platform solutions (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI integrations).</li>\n<li>Build and optimize data entities, forms, dashboards, and business rules.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Integration &amp; Architecture</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Integrate Dynamics 365 with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, Azure Logic Apps, and middleware solutions.</li>\n<li>Develop custom connectors and data migration scripts.</li>\n<li>Ensure seamless integration between Dynamics and other enterprise applications (ERP, HRIS, Finance tools).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Solution Design &amp; Optimization</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions.</li>\n<li>Optimize performance, security roles, and system architecture.</li>\n<li>Support upgrades, patch management, and version transitions.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Testing &amp; Deployment</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct unit testing and support UAT cycles.</li>\n<li>Participate in CI/CD deployment processes using Azure DevOps.</li>\n<li>Provide post-deployment support and troubleshooting.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Collaboration</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work closely with Business Analysts, Project Managers, and Functional Consultants.</li>\n<li>Provide technical documentation and knowledge transfer.</li>\n<li>Support client engagements and technical demonstrations when required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.</li>\n<li>5+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CE/CRM or F&amp;O).</li>\n<li>Strong experience in:\n<ul>\n<li>C#, .NET, and JavaScript</li>\n<li>Dynamics SDK &amp; Plugin Development</li>\n<li>Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)</li>\n<li>Azure services integration</li>\n</ul>\n</li>\n<li>Experience with REST APIs, data migration, and integration tools.</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of security roles and data governance within Dynamics.</li>\n<li>Experience with SQL Server and data modeling.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications/ Power Platform / D365 Developer Associate or equivalent</li>\n<li>Experience in ERP implementations or digital transformation projects.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of compliance frameworks (SOX, GDPR, HIPAA – if applicable).</li>\n<li>Experience working in consulting or multi-client environments.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Competencies</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work in agile environments.</li>\n<li>Clear communication and stakeholder engagement skills.</li>\n<li>High ownership mindset and solution-driven approach.</li>\n<li>Ability to handle enterprise-level systems and sensitive business data.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What We Offer</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Opportunity to work on large-scale enterprise transformation projects.</li>\n<li>Exposure to global clients and cross-functional teams.</li>\n<li>Professional certification and development support.</li>\n<li>Flexible and growth-oriented work culture.</li>\n<li>Competitive compensation aligned with market standards.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>",
