This<br>role is primarily execution-focused and will be responsible for risk data extraction, reporting,<br>dashboard maintenance, and risk metric monitoring.<br><br>The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of business processes and risk metrics, be<br>comfortable working with large datasets, and be able to independently write SQL queries and<br>retrieve data to support risk management, fraud prevention, and collections teams.<br><br>This role does not require advanced risk modeling or deep strategy development experience.<br><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong><ul><li>Extract, validate, and maintain risk-related datasets from various data sources.</li><li>Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of risk data.</li><li>Support daily, weekly, and monthly risk reporting requirements.</li><li>Understand and maintain key risk metrics across the entire business lifecycle.</li><li>Monitor key risk indicators and identify unusual movements or data anomalies.</li><li>Develop and maintain risk dashboards and automated reports.</li><li>Support management reporting and ad-hoc business requests.</li><li>Perform data validation and reconciliation exercises.</li><li>Maintain risk data dictionaries, metric definitions, and business documentation.</li></ul><br><strong>Requirements</strong><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, or related</li><li>disciplines.</li><li>2+ years of experience in Data Analysis, MIS, Business Intelligence, or Risk Analytics.</li><li>Experience in Consumer Finance, BNPL, Installment Financing, Digital Lending, Credit Cards, or FinTech is preferred.</li><li>Strong SQL skills with the ability to independently write complex queries and retrieve data.</li><li>Advanced Excel skills.</li><li>Basic Python skills are a plus.</li><li>Experience with Tableau, Power BI, Metabase, or similar BI tools is preferred.</li></ul><br><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong><ul><li>Experience supporting Risk, Fraud, Credit, or Collections teams.</li><li>Experience in handset financing, BNPL, or consumer lending businesses.</li><li>Experience building automated dashboards and reporting solutions.</li></ul><br><strong>What We Are Looking For</strong><ul><li>Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.</li><li>Good business understanding and willingness to learn.</li><li>Strong execution and delivery mindset.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.</li><li>Good communication and stakeholder management skills.</li></ul>",
