    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p>The <strong>Housekeeper @ The Fountains of Melbourne </strong> keeps the community in a clean and sanitary condition, providing a healthy environment that contributes to the care and welfare of residents and guests. Delivers exemplary customer service with attention to detail and promoting a warm, secure and friendly environment.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>This is a part-time position with a base of 5 hours per week.</strong><strong> Y</strong><strong>ou’ll</strong><strong> also have the opportunity to pick up additional hours as needed, on a flexible, on-call basis.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>What will I do every day?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Clean assigned apartments, community rooms and more</li>\n <li>Carry linens, towels and cleaning supplies using wheeled carts </li>\n <li>Change bed linens</li>\n <li>Assist with resident and community laundry as directed </li>\n <li>As well as perform other related duties as required</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>What will I need to be successful in this role?</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High school graduate preferred </li>\n <li>Six months to one year of housekeeping experience </li>\n <li>Experience working in a senior environment preferred : </li>\n <li>Basic competency in the use of multiple forms of technology</li>\n <li>Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p><strong>What’s in it for me?
