Class A CDL required in manual and automatic. Hired candidates will be considered for Benefits/Paid Time Off after 3-months.   </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>#SIC</strong></p>\n<p><strong>#LI On-Site</strong></p>\n<p><strong>#LI-VB1</strong></p>\n<h2>Essential Duties & Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Responsible for properly securing loads</li>\n <li>Perform daily inspections of truck/trailer</li>\n <li>Reports any mechanical or safety issues with truck/trailer/equipment</li>\n <li>Inspect equipment/machines to be hauled</li>\n <li>Keep up with log books, ELD’s and comply with Hours of Service and all other DOT requirements for CDL drivers</li>\n <li>May operate various non-CDL equipment</li>\n <li>Coordinate the movement of equipment and materials according to visual signals and directions.</li>\n <li>Detect, recognize, and respond to dangerous conditions or situations.</li>\n <li>Lift and carry objects of varying weights.</li>\n <li>Regular attendance is required.</li>\n <li>Significant travel may be required.</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as required.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Skilled in both written and verbal communication.</li>\n <li>Complete all Safety and general job training as required by SIC.</li>\n <li>Observe SIC and Customer safety and quality processes and procedures at all times.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Physical Demands</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be able to effectively use all required PPE equipment and lift up to fifty pounds.</li>\n <li>Conditions include working in office, shop, busy traffic areas, warehouses, and undeveloped properties, with frequent exposure to dirt, dust, grease, oil, vibrations, and adverse weather conditions.</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely access all areas of property, buildings, structures, wharves, rooftops and other elevated positions, as well as, confined spaces.</li>\n <li>Strenuous physical demands are required to safely perform the essential functions associated with this position.</li>\n <li>Must be able to safely operate all involved equipment and tools.</li>\n <li>Must be capable of standing for long periods of time, bending consistently, working in confined spaces with limited access, on ladders, in personnel lifts, in workboats, and working in awkward body positions.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Equal Opportunity Employer</h2>As a leading provider of mechanical and electrical construction, facilities services, and energy infrastructure, we offer employees a competitive salary and benefits package and we are always looking for individuals with the talent and skills required to contribute to our continued growth and success.
