font-size: 14px;\"><strong><u>WHAT YOU GET TO DO</u></strong></span></p><p id=\"isPasted\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">The Consignment Inventory Specialist- Level 1 will be responsible for consignment spare parts management and administration process for North America for new and existing customers.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\"><strong>Essential Functions and Responsibilities:</strong><strong>&nbsp;&nbsp;</strong></span></p><ul><li id=\"isPasted\" style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Process consignment orders for all relevant customers utilizing ERP software SAP for each respective site.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Liaise with KNAPP Resident Business Team to capture part replenishment requirements.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Ensure timely resolution of pricing or inventory discrepancies by working closely with procurement and KNAPP Resident Technicians.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Coordinate inventory audits as required by site contracts.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Monitor cycle counts that will be performed by the onsite technician and resolve discrepancies.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Cooperate with the Purchasing Team and Warehouse Team to secure qualified management of spare parts delivery when applicable.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Update Management of open orders and customer follow-up with regards to open orders.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Issue purchase orders for all consignment parts; manage through receiving.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Handle product expediting issues to meet the needs of the business.&nbsp;</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Visit customers to assist with year-end inventory audits as directed.</li><li style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\">Assist the &ldquo;Consignment Inventory Specialist &ndash; font-size: 14px;\">Minimum 5 years of procurement experience preferably in automation industry</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14px;\">Knowledge of SAP ERP System preferred</li><li style=\"font-family: arial, sans-serif;
