We are seeking someone who is confident, organized, personable, and experienced in helping patients understand their dental treatment and move forward with it.</p>\n<p><strong>Requirements</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Minimum 1 year of dental treatment coordinating experience required</li>\n <li>Experience with treatment planning for all dental procedures</li>\n <li>Knowledge of insurance verification and breakdowns</li>\n <li>Strong communication and customer service skills</li>\n <li>Comfortable discussing finances and payment options with patients</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred Qualifications</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bilingual in Spanish is preferred (not required)</li>\n <li>Experience with Eaglesoft is a plus (not required)</li>\n <li>Experience coordinating Endodontic and Oral Surgery treatment is a plus</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Presenting and explaining treatment plans</li>\n <li>Daily patient follow-ups and unscheduled treatment follow-up</li>\n <li>Checking patients in and out</li>\n <li>Insurance verification and benefit breakdowns</li>\n <li>Answering phones and scheduling appointments</li>\n <li>Confirming appointments and auditing the schedule to ensure productive days</li>\n <li>Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish</li>\n</ul>\n<p>We are looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, team-focused, and passionate about patient care.
