You'll be the first technical point of contact for customers — understanding their needs, designing solutions that map to our platform capabilities, and ensuring a smooth handover from sales to engineering. This role requires a rare blend of technical depth and business communication.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0d6e6e; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Do</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Lead technical pre-sales engagements: workshops, demos, solution design sessions</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Scope customer requirements and translate them into formal technical specifications</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Design solution architectures that map customer needs to AIP platform capabilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Work with Forward Deployed Engineers to ensure smooth handover from scoping to deployment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Maintain ongoing technical relationships with key accounts</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Contribute to proposal writing, RFP responses, and technical documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Provide market and competitive intelligence to inform product roadmap</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Advise customers on AI governance, testing methodology, and regulatory compliance</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own end-to-end delivery of customer engagements: scope, plan, and sequence workstreams while coordinating Resaro engineers and client stakeholders to land outcomes on time and on scope. </span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0d6e6e; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">5–10 years of experience in solutions architecture, pre-sales engineering, or technical consulting</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of AI/ML concepts: model evaluation, testing, deployment</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience designing solutions for enterprise and government customers</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Excellent presentation and communication skills: comfortable in executive-level conversations</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to translate complex technical capabilities into customer business value</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with proposal writing, RFP responses, and formal requirements documentation</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Self-directed and comfortable operating across time zones and geographies</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0d6e6e; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Nice to Have</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience in defence, pharma, or government AI procurement</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Understanding of AI governance frameworks and regulatory requirements</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Technical depth in one or more AI domains (LLM, CV, RL)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">German language skills (for Munich-based roles)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Experience with Palantir, Datadog, or similar enterprise software companies</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Existing network in Singapore government/defence or German defence procurement</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #0d6e6e; font-family: Arial,sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Our Wish List</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">We have deliberately tightened our hiring bar.
