The role works closely with engineering, operations, and manufacturing partners across Asia to ensure product reliability, yield performance, and robust manufacturing processes for both air‑cooled and liquid‑cooled infrastructure platforms.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(79, 129, 189); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Own product quality performance from NPI through mass production ramp.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 8pt\"> </span><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Define quality requirements in collaboration with the rest of the quality/engineering teams.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Define and track key metrics including DPPM, yield, reliability trends, and field failure rates.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Define and drive implementation of SOP for manufacturing in association with NH engineering and CMs. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support product development phases including EVT, DVT, and PVT builds.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Drive Design for Quality (DFQ) activities including DFMEA, PFMEA, and manufacturing control plans.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Drive Design for Scale (DFS) and Design of Manufacturing (DFM) with NH Engineering. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Work directly with EMS/ODM partners to establish robust manufacturing processes and inspection strategies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead structured root cause analysis using 8D, 5‑Why, and statistical data analysis.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Partner with engineering teams to resolve hardware reliability, thermal, power, and system integration issues.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support reliability validation including HALT, HASS, environmental, and stress testing.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Lead corrective and preventive action (CAPA) programs across suppliers and contract manufacturers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Develop supplier quality requirements and perform supplier process audits.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ensure manufacturing and reliability quality for both air‑cooled and liquid‑cooled data center hardware platforms.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Support hyperscale customer quality reviews, audits, and failure analysis investigations.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(79, 129, 189); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Thermal Engineering, or related field.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">8+ years of experience in hardware or manufacturing quality engineering.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting data center networking equipment, servers, or high‑performance compute hardware.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Hands-on experience working with contract manufacturers (EMS/ODM) in Asia.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong experience supporting NPI programs through production ramp.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting reliability and manufacturing of air‑cooled and/or liquid‑cooled data center systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong understanding of failure analysis and structured root cause methodologies.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience in SMT processes and box-build production with high ball count BGAs</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(79, 129, 189); font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with high-speed networking platforms (100G / 200G / 400G / 800G Ethernet).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience supporting hyperscale cloud or AI infrastructure customers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with liquid cooling technologies including cold plates, direct‑to‑chip cooling, CDUs, or immersion systems.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of high-speed PCB manufacturing, optics, signal integrity, and power delivery.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience with reliability testing methodologies such as HALT/HASS, MTBF analysis, and environmental qualification.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(79, 129, 189);
