To be successful in this role, you need to be self-motivated, team orientated, punctual, have a high level of integrity, have the ability and willingness to learn, understand control wiring, able to run EMT and rigid conduit, pull wire and able to read prints.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Duties</strong></p><p>The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:</p><ul><li>Maintain a low Safety Incident Occurrence History&nbsp;</li><li>Operate Mechanical, Hydraulic and Electrical Conduit Benders</li><li>Install cables and cable trays</li><li>Read blue prints with minimum supervision</li><li>Rough in, device, fixture and panel connections&nbsp;</li><li>Branch and Feeder load calculations</li><li>Select and Size circuit breakers and fuse applications</li><li>Run large size pipe (&gt;2&rdquo;) with supervision</li><li>Size/Select pull boxes, junction boxes and handholes</li><li>Size/Select/Install motor controllers</li><li>Load calculations wire sizing, breaker, or fuse selection &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;</li></ul><p><strong>Experience and Requirements</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li>3 Years of Industrial Electrical Experience preferred</li><li>Education: Trade School preferred</li><li>Understand electrical, motor control and lower voltage systems</li></ul><ul><li>Understand electrical circuits concepts &amp; Theory (Single Phase, Three Phase, AC and DC Electricity, 240V high leg system, wire colors, and test equipment)&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of code book, conduit &amp; wire sizing, box fill, and conduit strapping.&nbsp;</li><li>Understanding of Nema 1, 12, and 3R requirements</li><li>Ability to push, pull and lift up to 50lbs on occasion, stand, bend, stoop, squat, reach and sit for long periods of time</li><li>Must not be afraid of heights or confined spaces</li><li>Have a valid drivers license with a clean driving record</li><li>Ability to work overtime including weekends and holidays as needed</li><li>Ability to adapt to changing schedule and easily and positivity adjust to changing priorities and department processes.&nbsp;</li><li>Ability to simultaneously handle the demands of internal and external customers</li></ul><p><strong>Benefits</strong></p><p>Wells Brothers Inc. is proud to offer competitive wages, top performers earn top wages, paid drive time, flexible work schedule, an amazing culture that focuses on &ldquo;Walk in Truth&rdquo;, generous vacation, paid holidays, 401K with company match, Health Insurance (company pays 80% of premiums), Dental Insurance, Vision Insurance, company paid Life Insurance (including spouse and dependent coverage, company paid Short- and Long-Term Disability, company funded Health Reimbursement Account, Health Savings Account, Flex Savings Account, Accident and Critical Illness Insurance, Legal Shield and ID Theft, 20% Verizon discount, &nbsp;amazing tool program, and a top-notch training program.&nbsp;</p>Wells Brothers, Inc. is an established, growing and non-union company that is recruiting and hiring quality hard-working employees.
