Responsibilities Clinical Supervision & Leadership Provide individual and group supervision to clinicians, interns, and staff pursuing licensure. Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning . Quality of Care & Compliance Review and approve clinical documentation including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries . Conduct case reviews and clinical audits to ensure quality and compliance. Ensure adherence to DPH, MassHealth/CMS, and accreditation standards , as well as agency policies. Clinical Oversight & Crisis Support Support clinicians in managing complex, high-risk, and crisis cases . Provide guidance on risk assessment, safety planning, and crisis intervention strategies . Assist in developing and reviewing crisis and safety plans for clients. Direct Clinical Work Maintain a reduced caseload (as applicable), providing therapy to youth and families. Model high-quality, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care . Staff Development & Training Support clinicians working toward licensure by ensuring supervision meets licensure requirements . Provide or coordinate trainings on clinical topics such as evidence-based practices and crisis intervention. Encourage development of specialty areas within behavioral health . Data, Reporting & Program Support Monitor clinical performance metrics including documentation, outcomes, and service utilization . Assist in preparing reports and ensuring readiness for audits and regulatory reviews . Participate in team meetings, trainings, and multidisciplinary collaboration .
