You will play a key role in building and maintaining scalable systems, driving technical excellence, and ensuring that our platforms meet the highest standards of security, performance, and reliability.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>The selected candidate should be willing to relocate to the specified job location.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Duties and responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level backend solutions using modern .NET technologies</li>\n<li>Write clean, testable, and efficient code following best practices and coding standards</li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to peers and contributing to higher-quality deliverables</li>\n<li>Contribute to the design and implementation of distributed, event-driven systems leveraging messaging technologies (RabbitMQ, Kafka)</li>\n<li>Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues, working closely with other teams where required</li>\n<li>Keep documentation up-to-date for all technical solutions and processes</li>\n<li>Mentor junior developers, providing guidance, knowledge sharing, and support in their professional growth<br></li>\n<li>Participate in planning sessions, estimations, and contributing to technical decision-making</li>\n<li>Research and evaluate new technologies, proposing improvements and adopting tools that align with strategic objectives</li>\n<li>Assist in defining and enforcing development standards, patterns, and practices across the technology department.</li>\n<li>Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security</li>\n<li>Collaborate with DevOps and Infrastructure teams to implement CI/CD pipelines, containerized deployments, and cloud-native solutions</li>\n<li>Develop and execute unit, integration, and performance tests to ensure robustness and quality</li>\n<li>Build and maintain reusable libraries and core components to support scalable application development</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required knowledge, skills and experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Solid knowledge of the latest .NET technologies (C#, .NET Core)</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience with multi-threading, concurrency, and caching (Redis)</li>\n<li>Experience with message queuing systems such as RabbitMQ and Kafka</li>\n<li>Familiarity with version control and collaboration tools such as GitLab (Gitflow), Jira, and Confluence</li>\n<li>A university degree or diploma in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field<br></li>\n<li>Ideally 6+ years of professional backend development experience</li>\n<li>Experience with distributed applications, microservices architecture, and RESTful APIs</li>\n<li>Substantial experience with SQL (Postgres, MS SQL and Oracle); knowledge of NoSQL databases is a plus</li>\n<li>Strong background in containerized application development and deployments (Docker, Kubernetes)</li>\n<li>Strong experience with testing frameworks (NUnit, Moq) and test-driven development<br></li>\n</ul>",
