font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support customer implementations and deployments of our software solutions within SAP and related enterprise environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist with system configuration, testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Work with customers and internal teams to gather requirements and understand business processes.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Investigate and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-go-live support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Participate in product testing, quality assurance, and feature validation activities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Collaborate with the Product and Development teams by providing customer feedback and enhancement ideas.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Assist with creating implementation guides, knowledge base articles, and technical documentation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Support pre-sales activities by helping prepare demonstrations, proof-of-concepts, and technical presentations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Learn and develop expertise in SAP integrations, document management systems, and enterprise software architectures.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">What We're Looking For</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">1–3 years of experience in a technical, application support, software implementation, ERP, or SAP-related role.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Basic understanding of SAP, SuccessFactors, ERP systems, enterprise applications, or business process automation.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Exposure to software configuration, technical troubleshooting, integrations, or application support.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Familiarity with SQL, APIs, XML, JSON, scripting, or software development concepts is an asset.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Excellent communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a fast-paced environment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif\">Comfortable working independently while collaborating closely with a distributed team.<br><br></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
