This position requires compliance with all applicable DOT regulations, Company safety policies, and equipment securement requirements. The driver is responsible for performing inspections, securing loads, maintaining required records, and ensuring equipment is delivered safely and on schedule.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Essential Duties and Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Safely operate Company trucks and trailers, including lowboy, equipment, and flatbed trailers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Transport heavy equipment, construction machinery, tools, and materials between jobsites and Company facilities.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Load, unload, and secure equipment in accordance with DOT cargo securement regulations and Company procedures.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Conduct pre-trip, post-trip, and daily vehicle inspections.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Complete and maintain required DOT logs, inspection reports, and transportation records.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Verify equipment condition before and after transport and report any damage or maintenance concerns.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Coordinate equipment movements with supervisors, dispatch, and project personnel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local transportation regulations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Assist with basic equipment operation for loading and unloading when qualified and authorized.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Maintain cleanliness and general condition of assigned vehicles and trailers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Respond to changing operational needs and schedules, including occasional after-hours or emergency transport requests.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Follow all Company safety policies, procedures, and client site requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Perform other duties as assigned.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Valid CDL Class A driver's license.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Acceptable driving record and ability to meet Company insurability requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to pass required DOT drug and alcohol testing and maintain DOT qualification standards.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Knowledge of DOT regulations, cargo securement requirements, and safe driving practices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Experience hauling heavy equipment, oversized loads, or construction equipment preferred.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to safely operate equipment for loading and unloading purposes when authorized.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to climb on and off trucks, trailers, and equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to secure loads using chains, binders, straps, and related securement devices.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds regularly.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Ability to sit, drive, stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and climb for extended periods.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Working Conditions</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Outdoor construction and transportation environments.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Exposure to dust, noise, vibration, traffic, weather, and moving equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Travel between jobsites, yards, vendors, and customer locations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Extended workdays and overtime may be required based on operational needs.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 10pt; font-weight: bold\">Certifications and Licenses</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Valid CDL Class A License (Required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">Current DOT Medical Certification (Required)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 10pt\">FMCSA Clearinghouse Compliance (Required)</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>",
