    "requisitionDescription": "<div><p id=\"isPasted\"><strong>Job Summary</strong></p><p>Primary responsibility of the Material Handler is picking, packing, and shipping world-class guitars. We are seeking career-oriented individuals who desire to become a part of a world-class team. This is a full-time position in an aggressive, fast-paced distribution environment.&nbsp;</p><p><strong>Essential Functions</strong></p><ul><li>Warehouse and shipping experience is desired.&nbsp;</li><li>Ideal candidates will transition between performing packing activities and assisting in the shipment of orders. &nbsp;</li><li>Housekeeping duties within the Distribution Center</li><li>Restock the area with the necessary supplies&nbsp;</li><li>Adherence to the Gibson Cardinal Safety Rules as per the Gibson Playbook for Cardinal Safety Rules and General Safety Rules.</li><li>Obligation to submit safety observations for identified hazards using the safety observation QR code.</li><li>Support the comprehensive Safety Management System (SMS) to ensure a safe work environment, maintain compliance with regulations, and improve our safety processes.</li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Other duties</strong></p><ul><li>Employee can be asked to perform other duties that are reasonable within the area of expertise</li><li>Assist in the removal of Hazardous waste from the site</li></ul><p><strong>Required Skills/Abilities</strong></p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Attention to detail.</li><li>Must be able to climb a ladder.</li><li>Willingness to learn how to operate a forklift.</li><li>Computer proficiency.</li><li>Ability to work with a team in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.</li><li>Outstanding time management skillset with the ability to prioritize.</li><li data-pasted=\"true\">Excellent written and oral communication skills.</li><li>Solutions oriented approach to challenges/issues.</li><li>Outstanding time management skillset with the ability to prioritize without direct supervision</li><li>Ability to work as part of a team.</li><li>Results oriented, taking ownership of goals and objectives.</li><li>Must be a self-starter.</li><li>Mandatory overtime on an as needed basis.</li></ul><p><strong>Education and Experience</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent</li><li>Previous experience should center on daily production requirements.</li></ul><p><strong>Physical Demands</strong>&nbsp;</p><ul><li data-pasted=\"true\">Basic physical stances and actions (sitting, standing, walking)</li><li>Must be able to stand entire shift&nbsp;for 8-10 hours per day.</li><li>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.</li></ul></div>\n",
