At Morgan, we position our customers for success by collaborating with them to enhance safety, improve efficiency, and deliver value through the world&rsquo;s most advanced material handling systems&mdash;while building a better future for our employees and community.</p><p><strong>Position Summary:</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\">Due to growth, we are looking for a full-time <strong>Project Manager</strong> to join our team in Alliance, Ohio.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You will coordinate across departments to manage assigned projects within defined scope, schedule, and budget, continuously monitoring performance and driving corrective actions to address deviations from the project baseline.</p><p>Join our team to help us fulfill our vision: <strong><em>To challenge the possibilities of today by thinking differently.</em></strong></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Conduct oversight and management of the five phases of capital projects: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Ensure thorough understanding of technical requirements and consistently uphold compliance with these specifications throughout all project phases.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the project&#39;s commercial scope and ensure its consistent implementation throughout all phases of the project lifecycle. This should include the financial strength of the projects assigned.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Lead engineering, purchasing, manufacturing, vendors, and subcontractors that are responsible for various phases of the project to quickly resolve issues and keep projects on schedule and plan for corrective actions in case of deviation from the project scope.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Perform project performance analysis with key indicators and reports including working with accounting to forecast cashflow and ensuring compliance with baseline scheduling</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Professionally communicate with customers and lead regular meetings to proactively advance projects, ensuring Morgan meets all client expectations by maintaining clear communication and driving project progress.</li></ul></div><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain a high level of organization to oversee and manage project documentation.
