With independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehab, and memory care on one campus, we offer a full continuum of care in a welcoming, not‑for‑profit environment.</p><p>Home Care Assistant (Nursing Assistant)</p><div><br></div><div><div>The Home Care Assistant is accountable for the delivery of quality home care services to the programs&#39;s patients in conjunction with physician&#39;s directions, company and industry standards, and insurance guidelines as assigned by a registered nurse. The home care assistant is supervised by a licensed nurse to deliver quality home care services to the patients.&nbsp;</div><div><br></div><div>Minimal Education:</div><div>High School graduate or G.E.D.</div><div><br></div><div>Minimal Experience:</div><div>Minimum of six (6) months of supervised work experience as a nurse aide in a skilled nursing or acute care setting (one year preferred).</div><div><br></div><div>Other Qualifications:</div><div>Successfully completed the Certified Nursing Assistant program and has current certification and current in required in-services.</div><div>Minimum age of 18 years or older is required for this position due to Department of Labor regulations.</div><div>Current listing with no substantiated findings on the state Nurse Aide Registry.</div><div>Completion of a written or manual competency test and evaluation for Level 1 In-Home Aide duties may be required.</div><div>Minimum of twelve hours of documented in-service instruction per calendar year of home health employment.</div><div>Valid driver&#39;s license, proof of insurance, means of transportation and ability to meet EveryAge&#39;s auto insurance carrier&#39;s standards for coverage is strongly preferred.</div><div style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br></div><div style=\"font-size: medium;\"><br></div></div><p><br></p></div>\n",
