      "content": "<li>Lead <b>requirements gathering and design activities</b> for the operations modules.</li><li>Collaborate with the consulting team and client core team to collect information, lead, and/or oversee configuration, training, testing, and go-live activities of medium size or complexity.</li><li>Lead activities and tasks, resolving functional questions with minimal escalation.</li><li>Proactively communicate status, issues, and concerns to the project manager and/or architect/lead.</li><li>Provide <b>coaching and quality assurance</b> to ensure team members are following implementation best practices.</li><li>Negotiate resolutions to business, process, and functional issues with key stakeholders.</li><li>Establish and maintain a <b>“trusted advisor”</b> relationship with customers.</li><li>Follow established <b>implementation methodologies</b> to ensure consistency and quality delivery.</li><li>Achieve utilization targets while maintaining <b>high customer satisfaction</b>.</li>"

      "content": "<li>Bachelor’s degree in <b>Business, MIS, Computer Science, Finance, Supply Chain, or related field</b>, or equivalent combination of education and experience.</li><li><b>Eight or more years of ERP implementation experience.</b></li><li>A minimum of <b>three years implementing Sage X3.</b></li><li>Results-oriented individual able to prioritize and execute activities in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Ability to describe <b>end-to-end business processes</b> and key integration points; work cross-functionally across different business processes; and demonstrate understanding of challenges faced by implementation teams.</li><li>Strong <b>troubleshooting, analytical, written, and verbal communication</b> skills.</li><li>Ability to work <b>independently and collaboratively</b> as part of a team.</li><li>Professional demeanor with strong customer-facing presence.</li><li>Expertise in business process and application functions.</li><li>Working knowledge of best practices within industries such as <b>Agriculture, Cannabis/Hemp, Chemicals, Food &amp; Beverage, Manufacturing,</b> or <b>Pharmaceuticals.</b></li>"
