This individual will ensure the accurate and efficient flow of materials to  support production, maintain a safe and organized environment, and lead the warehouse team to meet operational goals.  The ideal candidate is highly analytical, detail-oriented, and excels in developing and implementing effective solutions.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Responsibilities </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead all warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, kitting, and material delivery to production</li>\n<li>Establish and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) across all warehouse activities</li>\n<li>Hire, train, and develop warehouse personnel, including supervisors and coordinators</li>\n<li>Manage staffing levels and scheduling to meet operational demands</li>\n<li>Own inventory accuracy and implement controls to minimize discrepancies</li>\n<li>Establish and oversee cycle count programs and audit processes</li>\n<li>Oversee pick list accuracy, kitting performance, and shortage management processes</li>\n<li>Partner with Production, Purchasing, and Planning to align priorities and resolve constraints</li>\n<li>Lead warehouse readiness for ERP implementations, system changes, or scaling operations</li>\n<li>Define, track, and report on warehouse KPIs</li>\n<li>Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies</li>\n<li>Act as the primary warehouse representative in cross-functional initiatives</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Qualifications</span></span><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Proven experience in a Warehouse Manager or senior warehouse leadership role in a manufacturing or production environment</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of inventory control, material flow, and warehouse operations</li>\n<li>Demonstrated ability to lead teams, implement processes, and drive performance improvements</li>\n<li>Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Fishbowl, etc.)</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills</li>\n<li>Excellent communication and leadership capabilities</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">       <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Key Performance Indicators (Performance will be tracked by the following data metrics) </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inventory accuracy greater than 90%</li>\n<li>Dock to stock timing &lt; 24 hours</li>\n<li>Timing of completion for outbound shipments &lt; 24 hours</li>\n<li>Kit picking accuracy</li>\n<li>Parts counter fulfillment timing</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">       <span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Physical Demands (To include but not limited to)  </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to lift and carry heavy items, typically ranging from 25 to 50 pounds, and occasionally up to 75 pounds with assistance.</li>\n<li>Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and moving throughout the warehouse, often on hard surfaces.</li>\n<li>Frequent bending, stooping, kneeling, or squatting to retrieve or place items.</li>\n<li>Regularly reaching overhead to access inventory on high shelves.</li>\n<li>Climbing ladders or step stools to handle inventory stored at height.</li>\n<li>Pushing and pulling carts, pallet jacks, or other materials-handling equipment.</li>\n<li>Operating forklifts and other material-handling equipment safely and efficiently.</li>\n<li>Adhering to safety protocols for all equipment operation, including proper inspection &amp; maintenance before use.</li>\n<li>Handling and manipulating objects, including packaging and labeling, requiring fine motor skills.</li>\n<li>Performing repetitive motions, such as scanning items, assembling packages, or operating machinery.</li>\n<li>Working in environments with varying temperatures, such as unheated or non-air-conditioned warehouses.</li>\n<li>Exposure to dust, noise, and occasionally strong odors from materials or equipment.</li>\n<li>Visual ability to read labels, identify parts, and use computer screens.</li>\n<li>Auditory ability to hear safety instructions, alarms, or communication in a noisy environment.</li>\n<li>Sustained physical activity for the duration of the shift, often requiring stamina and energy management.</li>\n<li>This position requires a high level of focus and adherence to safety standards, as it involves operating heavy equipment and handling potentially hazardous materials.</li>\n<li>Use of personal protective equipment (PPE), such as gloves, safety glasses, and steel-toed boots, is mandatory.</li>\n<li>Any impairment due to substances or distractions is strictly prohibited while performing job duties.</li>\n<li>Flexibility to work overtime or extended shifts when required.</li>\n<li>Must follow all company policies and safety guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>       <span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Benefits Include </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Compensation: Pay is based on experience and qualifications</li>\n<li>Health &amp;
