Appropriate activities should be providing for growth in skills, self-awareness, group relations, and character development.&nbsp; By conducting him/herself in a caring, responsible, honest, and respectful manner, this position is a role model for children and adults.<br><br></div><div><!--block-->Provide care to children, ages 6 weeks to 12 years, who are members and guests of the YMCA. Shifts are no longer than 5 hours long. During this time, Child Watch Team Member will watch children while parents engage in Healthy Living activities at the YMCA.
