    "description": "<h2> </h2>\n<p>The Cleaning Specialist is responsible for maintaining the facility and the surrounding grounds including but not limited to entryways, stairwells, restrooms, kitchens, and lobby areas.</p>\n<h2>WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Maintain floors, restrooms, kitchens, and stairwells</li>\n <li>Dust furniture as needed</li>\n <li>Remove snow from all entry and exit doors (seasonal)</li>\n <li>Empty and remove all trash from break room areas throughout the day</li>\n <li>Maintain all lobby areas, keeping clean of trash and debris</li>\n <li>Assist facilities department as needed</li>\n <li>Standing and walking throughout campus during shift</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU</h2>\n<p><strong>Must Have Qualifications:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>You are open to learning – we are big on getting better and there’s always room for improvement</li>\n <li>You wake up each day happy – and stay that way. Bad attitudes are not welcome here.</li>\n <li>You thrive in a team environment. We’re one big family who has fun together and helps each other.</li>\n <li>You’re a thumb pointer – you take accountability for your actions</li>\n <li>You have a good work ethic</li>\n <li>Custodian experience preferred</li>\n <li>Ability to lift 30 lbs</li>\n <li>Be available for an 11 AM to 8 PM;  9 AM to 6 PM shift; or 8 AM to 5 PM shift</li>\n <li>Comfortable with standing and walking for long periods at a time.
