The role focuses on driving operational performance, managing logistics partners, optimizing costs, and ensuring a seamless experience for merchants and customers.<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br><br>Key Responsibilities<br><br>Operations Management</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Own logistics and fulfillment operations across Iraq and Kuwait.</li>\n<li>Monitor and improve key operational KPIs, including Delivery Rate (DR%), Return Rate (RTO), fulfillment SLAs, dispatch performance, and customer experience metrics.</li>\n<li>Lead operational reviews and performance governance with logistics partners.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>3PL Management &amp; Commercial Partnerships<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers (3PLs), fulfillment centers, and warehousing partners.</li>\n<li>Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, SLAs, compensation models, and operational agreements.</li>\n<li>Identify, evaluate, onboard, and launch new logistics partners to improve service levels and operational efficiency.</li>\n<li>Develop and maintain SOPs, service agreements, and performance frameworks.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Cost Optimization &amp; Financial Control<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Analyze logistics cost structures and identify opportunities for savings and efficiency improvements.</li>\n<li>Own key logistics cost drivers, including delivery costs, return costs, warehousing costs, and partner commercial terms.</li>\n<li>Oversee COD reconciliation processes, payment cycles, and partner receivables.</li>\n<li>Drive cost reduction initiatives while maintaining operational performance.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><br>Operations Excellence<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design and implement scalable operational processes.</li>\n<li>Lead root-cause analysis for performance gaps and drive corrective action plans.</li>\n<li>Build operational reporting frameworks and performance visibility tools.</li>\n<li>Establish governance mechanisms to ensure accountability and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration<br><br></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Partner closely with Account Managment, Supply Chain, Commercial, Finance, Product, Tech, and Customer Experience teams.</li>\n<li>Act as the primary escalation point for logistics and operational challenges.</li>\n<li>Align stakeholders around operational priorities, launches, and improvement initiatives.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What Will Make You Successful</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience &amp; Qualifications</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>5+ years of experience in Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Operations.</li>\n<li>Strong experience managing third-party logistics providers and fulfillment operations.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated experience in commercial negotiations and vendor management.</li>\n<li>Experience working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders.</li>\n<li>Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, logistics, or high-growth startups is strongly preferred.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Core Competencies</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.</li>\n<li>Strong negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities.</li>\n<li>Proven ability to manage external partners and drive accountability through data and performance metrics.</li>\n<li>Ability to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day operational execution.</li>\n<li>Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities.</li>\n<li>Ownership mindset with a focus on delivering measurable business impact.</li>\n<li>Hands-on approach with a strong focus on execution and continuous improvement.</li>\n</ul>",
