Materials include classes, student guides, training manuals, teaching guides, and videos.</li>\n<li>Research and identify learning activities and technologies that can be incorporated in training programs.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with the curriculum development team and the training delivery team.</li>\n<li>Assist with needs analysis by collecting and organizing feedback on existing training programs and materials.</li>\n<li>Required Skills:</li>\n<li>Creative and Innovative mindset.</li>\n<li>Passion for creating unique learning experiences for youth</li>\n<li>Must have: A background in learning/teaching, instructional design, or curriculum development.</li>\n<li>The ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and ambiguous situations is crucial in a fast-paced, non-profit environment.</li>\n<li>Excellent written and oral communication skills to create guides and presentations.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li>\n<li>Computer proficiency.</li>\n<li>Nice to have: Skills using Google Suite (Docs, Slides and Sheets).</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<p>Qualifications</p>\n<p>Experiences:</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Development: 6 months experience designing and developing curriculum, teaching materials, or learning content.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Instructional Design Theories and Models: Familiarity with established instructional design principles (e.g., ADDIE, Bloom's Taxonomy) could enhance the quality of the learning experiences created.<br> </li>\n<li>Education Requirement:</li>\n<li>Nice to have: Bachelor’s degree or higher.</li>\n<li>If pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (Instructional Design, Learning &amp; Development, Curriculum Development, Education, Organizational Development or Business is required), you must be a Junior or Senior.</li>\n<li>Knowledge of Instructional Design Principles (Adult learning and K-12) and familiarity with established instructional design methodologies (e.g., ADDIE, SAM, Bloom's Taxonomy) are required.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\">Additional Information</span></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n<li>Time Commitment: 8-10 hours a week for a minimum of 3 months</li>\n<li>Must attend mandatory weekly and monthly meetings (virtually)</li>\n</ul>",
