This role involves active patrolling, surveillance, incident response, and customer service in accordance with company policy and Nebraska Racing and Gaming Commission (NRGC) regulations.</p>\n<h2><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ensure the safety of all guests, team members, and property</p></li>\n <li><p>Monitor and patrol casino/hotel areas during assigned shifts</p></li>\n <li><p>Respond to security incidents, disturbances, and emergencies</p></li>\n <li><p>Prepare detailed and timely incident and investigation reports</p></li>\n <li><p>Assist with the secure transfer of money and gaming chips</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain compliance with internal policies and NRGC regulations</p></li>\n <li><p>Control access to restricted areas and the video lottery facility</p></li>\n <li><p>Provide assistance and information to guests and employees as needed</p></li>\n <li><p>Stand post for extended periods as required</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain consistent radio communication and respond promptly to back-up calls</p></li>\n <li><p>Attend required training sessions and department meetings</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform other duties as assigned by management</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Must be 21 years of age or older</p></li>\n <li><p>High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail</p></li>\n <li><p>Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to remain composed under stress and handle conflict professionally</p></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Preferred:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Previous experience in security, law enforcement, or military</p></li>\n <li><p>Prior work in a casino or resort environment</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h2>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Exposure to weather extremes, loud noise, darkness, secondhand smoke, and confined spaces</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent standing, walking, and mobility throughout the facility</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physically demanding tasks</p></li>\n <li><p>Regular use of radios and other communication equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>May work in high-risk or emergency response scenarios requiring vigilance</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2><strong>Schedule</strong></h2>\n<p><strong>Part-time</strong> | <strong>Day Shift; 6:15AM - 9:30AM; Thursdays and Fridays Off. </strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Due to the dynamic nature of hospitality and entertainment operations, team members must be available to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, to meet property business needs.</p>\n<h2><strong>Drug-Free Workplace</strong></h2>\n<p>WarHorse Gaming Omaha, LLC is a Drug-Free Workplace.
