Identify production issues, analyze root causes and derive resolutions. Perform inventory management and work collaboratively with warehouse on inventory & materials management issues. Develop production plans and direct labor to ensure continuous operations. Develop process improvements utilizing elements of the OESL Business System to improve workflow efficiency. Communicate production updates and errors to area managers on regular basis. Organize and schedule job training for employees. Communicate complex issues for immediate resolution.  Issue corrective action to union associates as necessary. Assist in other functional areas as needed, including the Quality department.",
