The Offshore team is responsible for the day to day operation of our farm. This includes fish feeding and harvesting, cage maintenance, and equipment &amp; vessel maintenance. Our farm is located approximately a half mile off of the west coast of Hawaii Island in Kailua Kona. Our divers live on land and travel daily to our 90 acre farm.</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Duties &amp; Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Fish husbandry &amp; harvesting – semi-weekly harvests, feeding, loading and tracking of feed, parasite checks &amp; treatment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Maintain fish pens - cage checks &amp; repair, net cleaning, daily mortality collection.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Assist with equipment and vessel maintenance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Work onshore and offshore in calm or extreme weather conditions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Perform multiple working dives per day.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Works with heavy machinery offshore.</span><br></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Handle and maintain ocean vessels in good working order.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">What You'll Bring</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><em>Required Experience:</em></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Three (3+) years scuba experience or surface supplied air training &amp; certification.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Highly Desired:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Responsible and correct use, care and maintenance of both SCUBA and SSBA dive equipment.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of RGBM dive tables and dive computers.</span><br></li>\n<li>General boat experience<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred:</span></em></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge of safe working practices and self care during diving operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge in use and maintenance of auxiliary equipment to diving operations.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Knowledge in dive rescue and CPR.
