Job Summary and Objectives:  Serves customers by providing product and service information; resolving product and service problems. Treats customer’s experience as a personal priority. Deliver respectful, knowledgeable, and efficient service with a positive attitude. Identifies issues, use available resources, and persistently works to find a timely resolution. Actively listen and provide consistent updates in a clear manner to ensure customers and other team members feel heard and stay informed. Provide an enjoyable and memorable experience that meets or exceeds customer expectations across every interaction. Essential Job Functions: Attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Opens customer accounts by recording account information. Maintains customer records by updating account information. Ensures a 98% accuracy rate on all service orders. Takes customer credit information to determine if deposit is required based on work and credit history from customer, per company policy. Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Providing excellent customer service by following the company’s customer service standards. Ownership, Professionalism, Troubleshooting, keeping customers informed, and providing customers with an experience beyond their expectations . Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Prepares product or service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Carries out marketing plans and strategies to increase the use of sales. May assist with area coverage surveys. May respond to public inquiries on the selection and available of services. No supervisor responsibilities Competencies: Customer service, verbal and written communication, basic troubleshooting, organization, attention to detail, and basic telecom knowledge. Physical and Mental Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds. Requires multitasking and customer interaction. Certification/License Requirements: Current Driver’s License. Work Environment: Indoor office environment. Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. This position is Safety Sensitive under the Oklahoma medical marijuana law Other duties may be assigned at the discretion of management based on the needs of the business.
