Operator&rsquo;s manual available on each line.</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>WORK SAFETY:&nbsp;</strong>Ensures that all tasks and functions of position are performed in a safe manner at all times and that all procedures and requirements are properly followed to accomplish assigned tasks.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>FOOD SAFETY/QUALITY:&nbsp;</strong>Responsible for food safety and quality as well as reporting food safety and quality problems to personnel with authority if unable to initiate action.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>BACKUP COVERAGE:&nbsp;</strong>In the absence of this position, the Maintenance Manager will provide coverage.&nbsp;</span></p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14px; font-family: arial, sans-serif;\"><strong>EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:</strong> HS Diploma or equivalent.
