This is an ideal role for someone who combines strong technical skills with curiosity about financial markets, enjoys solving complex problems, and wants to help drive strategy in a fast-moving electronic trading environment.</p>\n<p><b>Job Responsibilities</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Analyze trading, market, and client behavior data to uncover actionable insights, identify trends, and support strategic decision-making&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Develop and test predictive models for areas such as pricing, transaction costs, and market behavior using both statistical and machine learning techniques &nbsp;</li>\n <li>Leverage AI and coding agents to streamline workflows, enhance productivity, and improve the speed and quality of analysis&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Design and build analytical tools, applications, and dashboards that deliver actionable insights to internal stakeholders and clients, using technologies such as Python, SQL, Tableau, and Agentic AI development tools</li>\n <li>Partner closely with product, sales, and senior leadership to deliver compelling analysis, reporting, and recommendations that support business growth&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Work across teams to gather, validate, and synthesize data from multiple sources into clear and impactful outputs&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Help evolve reporting infrastructure and analytical processes to align with governance, compliance, marketing, and business priorities&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Identify opportunities to create differentiated data products and analytical capabilities<b>&nbsp;</b>that are revenue-generating and enhances client value</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Qualifications</b></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business,&nbsp; Statistics, Computer/Data Science or any equivalent analytical discipline, or equivalent practical experience</li>\n <li>2+ years of Fixed Income market making/sales or buyside trading experience preferred, or 5+ years of related quantitative or analytical experience</li>\n <li>Ability to ask the right questions, think outside the box and be a problem solver</li>\n <li>Strong interest in fixed income markets, electronic trading, and the application of data science to commercial and strategic challenges&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Proficiency in Python and SQL; strong Excel skills required&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Experience building analytical models, reports, dashboards, or decision-support tools using large or complex datasets&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Familiarity with machine learning frameworks and experience using AI/agentic tools to enhance analysis or workflow efficiency&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Strong problem-solving skills, intellectual curiosity, and the ability to frame the right questions before diving into analysis&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present insights clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Collaborative mindset and ability to work effectively across functions and levels of seniority&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail and sound judgment</li>\n</ul>\n<p><b>Additional Information</b></p>\n<p>Tradeweb is committed to providing valuable and competitive benefits.
