Partnering with Registered Nurses and the interdisciplinary team, the LPN supports patient safety and stabilization through ongoing monitoring, medication administration, and behavioral observation. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>This role requires sound clinical judgment, emotional resilience, and the ability to manage crises and de‑escalation effectively. The Behavioral Health LPN helps maintain a safe therapeutic environment, supports admissions and discharges, ensures accurate documentation, and delivers patient‑centered care.
