Description

JOIN OUR TEAM Want to see what modern B2B marketing actually looks like — from inside the room where it happens? Join EQS Group as a Working Student in our Field Marketing & Events team for DACH and get hands-on with the campaigns, events and partnerships that shape how leading compliance brands meet the market. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with experienced marketers across Germany, Switzerland and Austria, travel to events in some of the most exciting venues in the region, and learn how to use AI tools to work smarter from day one. If you're curious, organised, and ready to grow fast — this is your launchpad. EQS Group is a leading international cloud software provider in the areas of Compliance & Ethics, Data Privacy, Sustainability Management, and Investor Relations . We help thousands of companies worldwide to cultivate trust by simplifying complex processes, ensuring transparency, and enabling clear communication with stakeholders. Our success is built on our people. We bring together talented individuals who care about doing meaningful work, take pride in what they do, and support one another to achieve more together. We believe passion and trust aren’t just values — they’re at the core of how we operate, every day. Our mission is to Create Trusted Companies . If you share our passion for our mission, we’d love to have you help us turn it into reality. OUR CULTURE DRIVES OUR BENEFITS You're important. We foster a trusting environment and lifelong learning to support your individual development. Set personal development goals, receive support and regular feedback – we give you the tools to succeed. Living our values. Our values connect us. They shape how we work and collaborate across teams and cultures, creating belonging, trust, and an environment where everyone can thrive. Great atmosphere. We cultivate a dynamic culture where shared goals bring us together. From unforgettable company events to volunteering initiatives, we inspire and empower each other to make a positive impact. Work-life balance is a must. We offer flexibility through our hybrid-working model, the ability to conveniently arrange your working hours, and the ability to work from abroad within the EU. YOUR IMPACT As Working Student Field Marketing and Events DACH, you will be responsible for executing key operational and administrative tasks within the Field Marketing department, supporting campaign preparation, event logistics, data management, and content localisation. You will work closely with the Head of Field Marketing, Events & Experiences and the Field Marketing Managers for Germany, Switzerland and Austria, gaining direct exposure to how a global SaaS marketing organisation runs its programmes. Get campaigns out the door — prep target lists, ready assets, and run the operational backbone of multi-channel programmes with the regional Field Marketing Managers, using AI tools to speed up the repetitive parts. Arm Sales with what they need to win — prepare follow-up materials, organise post-event lists, and help the team turn marketing momentum into pipeline. Scout the DACH compliance scene — research local associations, competitive events and partnership opportunities, and keep our partner database sharp. Be part of the team that makes events happen — packing, shipping, RSVPs, on-site set-up and follow-up — travelling across Germany, Switzerland and Austria to deliver them in person. Help bring our webinars to life — coordinate dry runs, polish decks (AI-assisted where it helps), and manage live Q&A. Be the connective tissue between local and central Performance Marketing — gather assets, brief paid media requests, and keep campaigns moving. Localise marketing content for the DACH market — quality-check translations, refine templates and use AI translation tools to keep our voice consistent across languages. Turn data into clarity — pull numbers from Salesforce, HubSpot and email platforms, update performance trackers, and spot the patterns that help the team make smarter calls. Keep your finger on the pulse — track competitor moves and regulatory news (AI summarisation tools welcome) and feed insights back into the team's planning. Be part of an exciting journey and contribute to our success story of becoming the leading provider of digital compliance and governance solutions. THIS IS YOU Currently enrolled in a relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree programme (e.g., Marketing, Business, Communications). A genuine interest in marketing and events, and the energy to learn fast in a real, fast-moving team. Understands the basic function of the Sales team and the importance of lead quality. Professional written and verbal communication; comfortable presenting to small internal teams. Highly organised with strong attention to detail; capable of managing deadlines for assigned tasks. Comfortable working with numbers and willing to learn — you understand that clean data is what makes good marketing decisions possible. Comfortable with Excel and PowerPoint, and curious about CRM and marketing automation (Salesforce, HubSpot — we'll teach you). Native-level German and English at C1 or above (written and spoken). Based in or able to commute to Munich (hybrid role). Flexibility and willingness to travel across Germany, Switzerland and Austria to support events. Able to communicate clearly with international stakeholders via email and chat; follows global processes. Excited by EQS's mission of helping companies build trust through compliance — and keen to be part of it. Hands-on with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, translation and summarisation assistants) and curious about using them to work smarter every day
